SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping Dressed to a Tee Boutique! We appreciate every order and work hard to get your little one's goodies to you as quickly as possible.

READY-TO-SHIP ORDERS
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time is separate from the time your package spends in transit.

PREORDER ITEMS
Preorder turnaround times are estimates and will be listed in the individual product description whenever applicable. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by manufacturer, supplier, or shipping delays outside of our control.

If an order contains both ready-to-ship and preorder items, the order may be held until all items are available to ship unless otherwise stated.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after your shipping notification is received.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address error before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed.

LOST, DELAYED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and carrier delays are outside of our direct control. If your tracking shows an unusual delay or your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier and then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can help resolve the issue.
